The Front Skid Plate for the 2nd Gen Tacoma provides protection for your engine, to ensure your trip isn't cut short. These skids were designed to be a universal fitment between the 2nd Gen Tacoma so this Engine Skid Platefrom Cali Raised will fit on 2005-2015 Tacoma with a direct fitment. You do have the option to receive this as raw metal or with a matte black powder coat but it is important to note that if you do order in a raw metal finish that it must be powder coated or painted to prevent rust and corrosion.

Installation

Instructions:

1. Safely raise and support the vehicle using a jack and jack stands.
2. Remove any factory skid protection if present.
3. Position the skid plate and align with factory mounting holes.
4. Hand-thread all provided hardware.
5. Torque all fasteners to specification and lower the vehicle.
