In terms of construction, upTOP did not cut any corners. the upTOP Overland Snorkel has a body that is constructed out of high impact plastic with a two-piece head body design. In addition, the upTAKE Snorkel comes with aluminum brackets and black hardware, both of which are rust and corrosion resistant. Installation

Installing the upTOP Overland upTAKE can be done at the comfort of your home, but does require minor dilling and/or cutting the quarter panel. The upTAKE will install directly into your factory air box. Please reference the install video we provide for full instructions and reach out with any questions you might have.

Please note: If your vehicle has OEM Toyota Roof Rails, these MUST be removed in order to properly install the upTOP upTAKE.

If your vehicle is an ACCESS CAB configuration, these vehicles will require drilling in the upper drip rail in order to properly install the upTOP upTAKE.

Installation to Access Cab vehicles will require drilling and installing plus nuts in the roof for the upper bracket that supports the upTAKE head assembly.
