In terms of construction, Sherpa leads the way with 1/4 inch thick aircraft grade aluminum side plates. 9 total aluminum crossbars are included making this full aluminum roof rack one of the strongest and lightest roof racks on the market. The most overlooked feature of this Sherpa roof rack is the mounting hardware. Sherpa only includes the best standard stainless hardware and if you happen to order your rack with a black powder coat you will receive black oxide stainless hardware.

The Quandary roof rack is available with a half height or full height wind fairing. The half height enables you to mount a single row light bar. All orders will come with a noise reducing edge trim designed to cut down on wind noise at higher speeds. This trim installs directly to the bottom of the wind deflector.

Sherpa enables you to select how you want this roof rack. It is available with a bare processed raw aluminum finish or a black textured powder coat finish. You also have the availability to select the finish separately for the side plates and crossbars. Crossbars can be ordered with a black or silver anodized finish. Powder coated orders will ship standard with black oxide stainless steel hardware and bare processed aluminum orders will ship with standard stainless steel hardware.
