The Sherpa Roof Rack Tacoma for the 2005-2023 Double Cab is no exception. This signature roof rack is a full length all aluminum roof rack that includes 7 extruded crossbars and comes standard with stainless steel hardware.

The Sherpa Grand Teton cab roof rack is constructed from 1/4 inch aircraft grade aluminum side plates and capable of supporting up to 700 lbs. of static weight while weighing in at only 45 lbs. Its rigid build and lightweight design make it an excellent option for storing and transporting a variety of gear including roof top tents, fuel and water containers, recovery gear, and much more.

The Sherpa Equipment Company Double Cab Tacoma rack can be ordered with a full height or half height wind deflectors. The half height option can accommodate a single row LED light bar. You also have the option to order the rack with a black textured powder coat. Crossbars come with either a silver anodized finish or black anodized finish. Powder coated orders come with black oxide stainless hardware and bare roof racks come with standard stainless hardware.

Installation

Installation of the Grand Teton Roof Rack by Sherpa Equipment Co. can be completed right at home in just a couple hours in most cases. The rack was designed to be completely bolt on (drill free) and does not require any drilling or special tools. All orders will come with easy to read instructions along with vehicle specific required hardware including mounting brackets for an easy installation.
