Sherpa Offset Traction Board Mount

The Offset Mount is designed to handle a wide range of traction boards — full-size Maxtrax-style boards, shorty boards, and everything in between. The offset design gives you flexibility in board placement.

The offset design lets you push the boards to one side of your rack, leaving the other side free for other gear (RTT, cargo box, awning). It's more space-efficient than a centered mount for a full overland setup.

Traction board mounts are typically sold in pairs (2 mounts) — one for the front of the board and one for the rear. Confirm quantity in the listing before ordering.

This accessory uses standard 1/4"-20 hardware with drop-in T-nuts to bolt into Sherpa's 10-series aluminum extrusion crossbars. It will also work on any rack or panel that accepts 1/4" bolts.
