The Sprinter Rear Tire Carrier relocates your spare tire to the rear door, clearing valuable under-van space for auxiliary tanks or off-road gear. Equipped with an adjustable wheel-lock rod, zinc-coated wheel studs, locking lug nuts, and dual-shock dampening, the carrier accommodates wheel sizes up to 285 mm and protects the rear door from stress. It's compatible with hitch-lock systems and includes everything needed for secure accessory integration, ideal for adventure setups.

Designed for 2019+ Sprinter vans with 180° rear hinges—and compatible with Revel and Storyteller models—the carrier installs easily using basic tools and requires drilling. Its durable build ensures reliable service throughout your off-road adventures and daily travels.

Note: Only compatible with 180 degree hinges. NOT compatible with the 3500 Dually model without purchasing additional parts from Mercedes-Benz. Tires over 275/70R17 may occasionally trip the sensor in the rear light assembly

Installation

Mount the carrier to the rear door using included aluminum brackets and hardware—drilling is required. Install dampener between door and carrier, slide on wheel studs and secure with provided lug nuts, adjusting rod to fit tire size. Torque all fasteners to spec. Basic tools needed; expect about 1–2 hours for a solid, permanent fit.
