The Dirt King Long Travel Axle Assemblies are purpose-built extended axle shafts that retain 4WD driveline function when upgrading to a Dirt King long travel suspension system on compatible 4WD trucks. Without proper extended axles, the stock shafts will bind or bottom out at increased suspension travel — these assemblies solve that by providing correctly lengthened shafts for seamless integration with long travel suspension geometry.

Each assembly is precision machined from high-grade materials and paired with inspected OEM axle cores for a balanced and reliable drivetrain solution. Heat-treated and assembled with new CV boots and high-grade CV grease, these axles deliver the strength and serviceability expected for serious off-road builds. Two material grades — 4340 chromoly and the even stronger 300M option — are offered so you can choose the appropriate level of durability for your intended use.

Installation
