Dirt King 1.5" Overall Mounting Width Shock Spacer

The Dirt King 1.5″ Overall Mounting Width Shock Spacer is a precision‑machined spacer designed to adapt shock absorbers with a 5/8″ internal bearing to a ½″ mounting bolt while creating a 1.5″ overall width at the shock eye. Machined from high‑strength 17‑4 stainless steel, this spacer helps ensure the correct spacing and alignment of shocks when the factory or aftermarket mounting tabs require a wider spacing than stock.

This spacer works with both Fox and Dirt King shock products and is ideal when installing shocks in setups that call for a specific overall eye mounting width. For full shock conversion or alignment, you’ll typically need four spacers per shock (one for each side of the shock eye).

Installation

Place the spacer on the shock eye so that the internal bearing aligns with the spacer ID. Insert the ½″ mounting bolt through the assembled bearing and spacer, then into the shock mount tab.
