C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper | Toyota 4Runner (2025-2026)

The C4 Fabrication Hybrid Series Front Bumper for the 6th Gen Toyota 4Runner delivers a purpose-built blend of protection, styling, and overland-ready functionality. The plate-steel center is built from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates, tied into 1-3/4" x 11ga HREW steel tubing on the wings. The result is a bumper that shrugs off trail abuse while staying lighter than a traditional full plate design — improving approach angles and giving you the clearance to run larger tires without sacrificing on-road manners.

Recovery and winching are covered by two fully welded 3/4" thick D-ring tabs and a heavy-duty winch tray with front cutouts that let you access the winch lever without pulling the bumper. Lighting integration is thoughtful: a central 30" light bar cutout accepts a Baja Designs S8 or RIGID 30" SR-Series bar, custom LP6 brackets add side-lighting capability, and fog light mounts are ready for Baja Squadron or Baja XL pods.

The optional Full-Height Bull Bar is built from matching 1-3/4" x 11ga HREW tubing with 1-1/2" x 11ga HREW gussets, and — importantly on the 6th Gen 4Runner — retains Toyota Safety Sense and factory parking sensors. The bumper is also compatible with the OEM adaptive cruise control, front camera, and skid plate, and it ships with a washer tank skid and winch controller relocation bracket.

Unless C4's in-house hammer black powder coat option is selected, the bumper ships in bare steel and must be painted or coated before installation to prevent rust. Designed and manufactured in the U.S.A.

Installation

Installation is straightforward but does require trimming the factory plastic bumper cover. Every order includes detailed instructions. Raw bumpers must be painted or powder coated prior to install; select the Powder Coat finish option to skip that step.
