Installation
The 7126-7640D uses factory-drilled bottom mounting holes and includes mounting hardware for a permanent install to your vehicle floor, truck bed, or cargo platform. Because the door drops down toward the operator, plan for at least 8–10 inches of clearance in front of the door when the box is mounted. For a non-drilling install, the optional Heavy Duty Cable and Clamp (sold separately) anchors the box to an existing vehicle tie-down.
