Sherpa PAK XL Accessory Panel

The Sherpa PAK XL Accessory Panel offers a generous side-panel solution to upgrade your PAK bed-rack system with expanded mounting capacity. Designed with overlanding and modular setups in mind, it features multiple universal slot-patterns as well as dedicated holes for gear like RotoPax and WaterPort containers.

Coming in two sizes (45″ for 2-tower systems, 62″ for 3-tower systems), the panel can be adjusted in position along the tower so you can mount it wherever best suits your build. (Note: the 62″ variant splits for modular mounting if you only need one side.)

Made by Sherpa in the USA with thicker and denser aluminium alloy than typical competitor panels, this accessory panel is built to hold gear securely, resist corrosion in harsh conditions, and integrate cleanly with your rack’s architecture.

Installation

Install the panel by selecting the appropriate size variant for your PAK system tower configuration (2-tower or 3-tower). Position the panel on the bed-rack tower where it best fits your gear layout, and secure using the included hardware and mounting points. No drilling into the bed rack tower structure is required—just bolt the panel in place and you’re ready to mount your fuel, water, recovery or general gear attachments. The adjustable position allows you flexibility in placement so your system remains modular and configurable for future upgrades.
