Manufactured to Sherpa’s high standards, this fairing uses thick, dense alloys and is finished with corrosion-resistant hardware to handle demanding conditions.

It comes as a single unit and is backed by Sherpa’s lifetime structural warranty—providing a durable lighting integration solution for night runs, overland setups, or front-end gear builds.

Installation

Mounting is engineered to be straightforward: align the wind fairing with the front crossbar of your rack system and secure using the included hardware. Since this is a lighting-cutout fairing, ensure the light bar (e.g., LP4 units) and mounting brackets are accounted for prior to final tightening. Adjust the fairing so the cut-out aligns with the lights, then torque bolts to specification. Confirm clearances—especially roof height and visibility—and verify the lights are mounted securely before driving.
