The Sherpa Diode Dynamics CrossLink Light Bar Mounts make it easy to mount a SS5 CrossLink lightbar to your rack system using existing cut-outs—no custom brackets or extra welding. These mounts are precision-cut from ¼″ aluminum with ⅛″ internal supports to ensure strength and minimize vibration. They’re designed to clip into your rack’s front area (you’ll want to remove or work around the fairing as needed), and include hardware for a bolt-on install.

These brackets maintain a low-profile design while delivering durable support for auxiliary lighting. Made for rugged, outdoor use, they’re suitable for off-road setups that require reliable and tidy integration of your lighting gear.

Installation

First, remove or shift the fairing if it interferes with the bracket position. Align each bracket on the crossbar front face where the lightbar will sit. Use the included bolts to anchor the brackets to the rack’s structure. Position the light bar on the brackets and reuse the light bar’s mounting bolts if needed. Adjust and level the lightbar, then tighten all fasteners to spec. Verify alignment, check that the beam points safely, and recheck hardware after a short test drive.
