Installation

Installation is designed to be straightforward and non-destructive. Begin by positioning the side panels and crossbars according to the included instructions. Apply rubber seals at mounting surfaces (if applicable) and secure the gutter mounts and brackets using the supplied hardware. Slide or secure the crossbars into the mounting tracks and align the rack system evenly. Torque all hardware to specification, verify alignment and clearance, and perform a load test before mounting heavy gear. The “drill-free” mounting style keeps the installation clean and preserves the underlying structure.
