Dirt King Upper Arm Spacer Kit | Ford F-150 (2004-2020)

The Dirt King Upper Arm Spacer Kit is a precision adapter designed to allow 1″ Probearing uniballs (P9AU16T) to be used with the factory upper control arm spindle on 2004–2020 Ford F‑150 trucks. The spacers are CNC‑machined from 17‑4 stainless steel and feature a tapered, precision fit that precisely mates to the factory spindle, ensuring proper alignment and articulation. This spacer kit is intended to be used with Dirt King long travel or performance suspension systems to maintain correct suspension geometry and motion without interference.

The kit includes all necessary spacers and hardware — making it a complete solution for adapting uniball pivots to the stock spindle location. However, it is not compatible with aftermarket or non‑OEM spindle designs and should be used only with systems specified for its intended vehicle applications.

Installation

Place the tapered spacers onto the factory spindle, aligning them with the uniball pivot. Use the included 9/16″ half moon and tapered misalignment spacers to fill any gaps and align geometry. Secure the spacers with the provided custom Grade‑8 bolts and hardware, and torque to recommended specifications. Verify full suspension articulation and clearance after installation
