Flatline’s High Bar Kit adds approximately 6″ to your existing rack crossbars, creating elevated gear mounting space while preserving fan and AC clearance below. Designed to pair with Low Pro or Standard Roof Racks on Promaster, Transit, Sprinter, and Safari platforms, the kit delivers a refined way to carry kayaks, boards, rooftop tents, or cargo boxes above your rack system.

Constructed with stainless steel mounting brackets and aluminum crossbars capped with tie-down loops, this solution balances strength and minimal weight. The bolt-on design uses existing rail mounting points—no drilling or structural modification needed. End caps not only conceal hardware but provide integrated loops for straps, making securing gear easy and organized.

Targeted for gear loads up to 100 lb in motion, it's perfect for lightweight builds and daily rigs. For heavier payloads like full rooftop tents or large boxes, Flatline recommends the Heavy Duty High Bar variant. Installation

Align high bar mounts on existing rack side rails and insert provided bolts through mounts into pre-drilled holes. Slide in crossbars and align to desired height; install anodized end caps with integrated loops. Tighten all stainless hardware to spec using included bolts. No drilling—installation completes in about 20–30 minutes with basic tools.
