The Sherpa 1st Gen Sequoia Window Panel adds a rugged, yet refined modular mounting surface to your vehicle’s window area. Machined from 3/16″ aluminum, this lightweight panel offers strength and versatility, letting you securely mount essentials like recovery boards, fuel or water cans, small tools, and first aid gear. The panel’s contoured design ensures a close, clean look while maximizing usable surface for accessory placement.

Rather than permanent modification, the panel installs with a top bolted mounting and bottom suction cups—no drilling or alteration of your vehicle’s body required. The mounting hardware, suction cups, rubber spacers, and suction standoff are all included, making installation relatively straightforward.

Rated for up to 30 lbs of load and weighing ~9 lbs, this panel is built for daily use without adding excessive mass. A lifetime structural warranty backs its durability and long-term utility.

Note: MaxTrax extensions, MaxTrax mounts, Rotopax mounts, and QuickFists are sold separately. Covers the rear handle on the rack. Does not work with window decals; the suction cup must stick to clean glass.

Installation

First, clean the glass surface thoroughly—remove any decals or residue to ensure strong suction. Bolt the top edge of the panel securely to your rack’s crossbar using the supplied hardware. Then place the suction cups with spacers along the bottom edge, using the standoff to stabilize the position. Adjust alignment and tighten all fasteners evenly. Confirm the panel is flush, stable, and rigid before mounting gear.
