  • Expedition One Winch Mount | Toyota Tacoma (2024-2026)

    • Compatible with winches rated up to 12,500 lbs — supports heavy-duty recovery needs
    • Lightweight for its strength (70–80 lbs) — helps maintain front-end balance
    • Optional hoop adds grille protection and rugged look
    • Texture-black powder-coat finish option for durability and corrosion resistance
    • Flexible configuration — works with integrated or non-integrated winches
    • Designed specifically for the 2024+ Tacoma chassis for proper fitment

The Expedition One 2024+ Tacoma Winch Mount is a heavy-duty, bolt-on solution for adding a winch to your new-generation Tacoma. Engineered to fit both integrated and non-integrated winches (rated up to 12,500 lbs), it gives you serious recovery and off-road capability without committing to a full bumper replacement.

With a compact weight (about 70–80 lbs) the mount keeps the front end manageable while still delivering a strong, frame-mounted foundation for winching. An optional hoop can be added for extra grille protection and aesthetics if you want more presence up front.

The design aims for compatibility with modern vehicle safety systems — mounts are positioned with the intention to work alongside ACC/collision sensors and factory electronics (though final sensor calibration may still be required after installation).

    Installation

Bolt the winch mount to designated frame points using supplied hardware. Trim the OEM plastic bumper cover as required for clearance. After mounting structure, install winch and accessories. Use proper torque specs, and due to proximity to sensors, test ACC/collision/sensor functions and recalibrate if necessary. Professional install recommended.
