  • Flatline Van Co Step Extension | Mercedes Benz Sprinter (2019-2024)

    • Adds 240 square inches of usable floor space
    • Matches main step’s dimpled tread for secure footing
    • Made in 1.875” W x 1.25” H stainless steel trim piece powder-coated black and the extension is made of aluminum and powder-coated black
    • Maintains ground clearance and tow hitch compatibility
    • Ideal for vans, campers, trades, and overland builds
    • DIY installation with included hardware—no drilling

The Extension adds 20″ of additional step surface to your Sprinter’s passenger-side rear step, making entry and loading easier and more comfortable. Crafted from the same 1.75″ steel tubing and dimpled tread, it blends seamlessly both in performance and appearance, extending reach without compromising stability.

Designed to bolt on using the same mounting points as the original step, The Extension provides a robust platform for everyday tasks—from loading gear to accessing rooftop racks. Reinforced joints ensure there’s no flex, while its low weight preserves ground clearance and doesn’t interfere with hitch usage.

DIY-friendly and straightforward to install, The Extension brings additional functionality and safety to your Sprinter setup—with no drilling required. It’s a practical upgrade for anyone needing full-door access in work or adventure settings.

Note: Not compatible with Passenger vans, or vans with Adventure Wagon aftermarket flooring.
