Dirt King 4130 Upper Control Arms | Toyota Tacoma (2024-2025)

The Dirt King 4130 Upper Control Arms are precision-engineered to replace weak factory arms when lifting a vehicle or upgrading its suspension for serious off-road performance. Built from durable 4130 chromoly tubing with reinforcing gussets and professional MIG welding, these arms enhance strength, articulation, and handling compared to OE components. They provide a better pivot point, improved suspension geometry, and increased control throughout full travel, helping reduce common issues like deflection and bushing wear under heavy load.

The arms come preassembled with SilentSpin™ maintenance-free bushings that eliminate squeaks and do not require greasing, as well as premium Probearing™ Pro 4 ball joints with dust caps for improved debris protection and articulation. With a black powder-coat finish and corrosion-resistant hardware, these arms are built to withstand long days on the trail or daily driving abuse.

This product is designed to pair with OEM and Dirt King parts. Compatibility with other brands must be approved by the respective manufacturer.

Installation

Installation begins by removing the factory shackle and hanger components and aligning the Dirt King hangers and shackles with the frame and leaf spring eyes. Use the supplied Grade 8 mounting hardware to secure the new components, ensuring that the hanger tab faces are square and the shackles pivot freely. If you opted for the cross brace, install it between the hangers per the included instructions to add rigidity. Torque all fasteners to spec and check movement through full suspension articulation before completing the installation
