Dirt King Long Travel Kit | Nissan Titan (2016-2023)

The Dirt King Long Travel Kit 4 is a high-performance front suspension upgrade engineered to drastically improve off-road wheel articulation, stability, and overall handling without sacrificing daily drivability. Designed for trucks that demand serious performance and durability, this kit increases wheel travel to approximately 13.25 inches while accommodating larger tire sizes up to 35″ for enhanced off-road capability. The system uses reinforced upper and lower control arms that combine 1″ stainless steel uniballs and heavy-duty Moog ball joints for strength and articulation under load. CAD designed and thoroughly tested, the kit delivers a reliable bolt-on solution built 100 % in the USA.

This long travel setup widens the vehicle’s track by 3″ per side and supports lift heights of 0 – 4 inches, offering flexibility for a variety of build goals. The suspension accepts bump stops for improved high-speed control and flexibility, and includes all necessary link and limit strap components to ensure your build handles both compression and droop with confidence.

Ideal for off-road enthusiasts upgrading their suspension, the Long Travel Kit 4 is compatible with both 2WD and 4WD configurations (4WD requires extended axle shafts), and is engineered to optimize vehicle control and confidence on rugged terrain while maintaining street manners.

Compatibility

Nissan Titan 2WD / 4WD Non-XD 2016-2023

This suspension will not work with the 2016 or newer Titan XD models.

This product is designed to pair with OEM and Dirt King parts. Compatibility with other brands must be approved by the respective manufacturer.

Installation

Install the long travel kit using factory mounting points and included hardware. Modify wheel wells and firewall pinch weld for tire clearance as required. Fit chosen shock system, mount bump stops if used, and torque all hardware to specification. Professional alignment recommended.
