Flatline Van Co 2-Panel Bed System | Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van (2007-2024)

Our Van Bed Systems are designed for easy installation and customizable height, allowing you to mount the bed up to 50" off the floor to suit your preferred sleeping position. Many customers choose to mount the bed at the highest possible setting to maximize the garage space underneath for storing gear like mountain bikes or even to create an additional sleeping area.

Constructed with three 3/16" laser-cut aluminum panels, the bed platform is both lightweight and strong. The panels are finished in a black powder coat and feature hand-sized cutouts for easy handling and improved airflow beneath your mattress—helping reduce trapped moisture. L-track cutouts are included in each panel so you can hang accessories below the bed, and the modular design allows you to remove or stack panels onto the rear section when not in use.

The system includes 12-gauge steel bed rails, powder-coated for durability and designed with multiple hole patterns to fine-tune your bed height and mounting preferences. We designed the Flarespace compatible bed system so you can sleep sideways in your Sprinter van! If you already have a Sprinter equipped with Flarespace OR Vanspeed Capsules, you can easily mount this 2-panel bed system to gain more usable real estate in your van for sleeping sideways. This bed system features mounting holes for a DIY install and full compatibility with Adventure Wagon interior kits.

Installation

Mount the powder-coated steel rails at your preferred height, drilling pilot holes into the van wall. Attach panels by dropping the L-track studs into rails and securing with included hardware. Adjust bed length, stack or remove panels as needed. Optional hidden brackets install behind walls for structural reinforcement. Basic hand tools; takes a few hours.
