The Dirt King Lower Arm Weld Washers reinforce your factory lower control arm tabs to prevent them from ovaling or tearing under stress. These washers are laser-cut from 1⁄8″ chromoly steel and precisely follow the contour of the factory tab surfaces for a perfect fit and maximum strength. When welded around the pivot holes, they increase surface area and help distribute loads more effectively — making them ideal for lifted vehicles, hard-use suspension setups, and off-road applications where control arm movement and load cycles can fatigue the sheetmetal tabs.
The kit includes enough weld washers to reinforce both lower control arms, giving you peace of mind that the stress points around the pivot bushings are supported by thoughtful reinforcement steel rather than relying on thinner factory material alone.

Installation requires welding the washers around the factory lower control arm pivot holes. Proper alignment of the control arm should be confirmed prior to welding. Tack the washers in place, then complete full perimeter welds to secure them. Standard welding safety practices and surface preparation are recommended to ensure a strong, clean installation.
