    Installation

To install the rebuild kit, remove the lower control arms from the vehicle and press out the old worn bushings using an arbor press or appropriate driver tool. Clean the control arm bores thoroughly before installing new bushings. If your kit includes inner sleeves, install the new bushings first and then press in the sleeves for proper alignment. Lightly lubricate the bushings with suspension grease to reduce noise and friction, and ensure they are seated fully. After assembly, reinstall the control arms, torque all fasteners to specification, and verify smooth suspension movement.
