The Sprinter Front Bumper is built for added protection and function where it matters most. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the factory front end, it offers optional upgrades like a bull bar and skid plate to enhance durability and off-road capability without sacrificing style or clearance. Behind the sleek design of the Sprinter Front Bumper you will find a built-in wire chase to keep your OEM wire harness protected from getting pulled into your winch. You will also find plenty of well thought out wire management holes and slots, allowing you to zip tie your added winch or off road lighting wire harnesses safely and securely with ease.

The optional bull bar creates a mounting platform for additional lighting, supporting up to a 22" light bar or pod lights for improved visibility on rugged terrain. It also adds a layer of defense to the front grille and radiator area, helping safeguard vital components during trail driving or minor impacts. Included park sensor bezels allow you to transfer your OEM sensors and wire harness to our bumper with a simple snap. Our bumper also integrates new mounting for the active cruise control sensor for full OEM parking sensor functionality.

Pair it with the 5 mm aluminum skid plate for underbody protection that shields the engine and oil pan from rocks, debris, and road hazards. Both components are finished with a UV-rated black powder coat and use stainless steel hardware, delivering long-lasting performance and a factory-quality fit.

Installation

Use the provided template to trim the OEM bumper cover, then bolt the steel cradle to chassis mounting points. Install the aluminum bumper shell, reconnect fog lights and sensors, route wiring via the built-in chase, and mount winch or lighting options. Tighten bolts and torque to spec. Basic tools and drilling are required; expect the job to take a few hours.
