    • Bolt-on attachment with pre‑drilled holes—no cutting or vehicle modification required

The Heavy Duty High Bar Kit by Flatline Van Co provides a robust and elevated mounting solution for bulky rooftop gear—think tents, cargo boxes, or long loads. Designed to raise crossbars cleanly above standard racks, it’s engineered to support moderate outdoor equipment while preserving fan or AC unit clearance overhead

With beefed-up stainless steel brackets and durable aluminum bars, the kit provides improved rigidity over standard high bars and is specifically rated to handle gear heavier than 100 lb when in motion. Flush-mounted tie‑down points on the end caps ensure straps or gear attachments remain tidy and secure.

Installation is straightforward and bolt-on only—no cutting, drilling, or rack modifications required. Simply swap existing bars for the high bar kit and mount across your rack system—making this a clean, fast upgrade for overlanders and van builders seeking higher vertical storage.
