Expedition One Mule SAM Roof Rack | Toyota Land Cruiser (2024-2026)

The Expedition One Mule SAM rack for the 2024+ Land Cruiser LC250 brings serious utility with rugged design. Made with 3/16″ formed steel side rails and proprietary 5″ × 1″ extruded aluminum load bars, it offers exceptional strength and load capacity. This isn’t a typical low-profile bar — it’s built for real overland gear like rooftop tents, awnings, or recovery tools.

Despite the heavy-duty construction, the rack is designed to maintain full sunroof functionality, so you don’t sacrifice one of the LC250’s premium features. It comes standard with five load bars, with an option to add three more for a total of eight, giving you room to scale up your gear setup as needed.

Mounting is straightforward: the rack bolts to factory points on the roof, meaning no drilling is required. The side rails are finished with textured black powder coat for durability, and the load bars come in a silver anodized finish — giving you a clean and functional setup right out of the box.

Installation

The rack mounts directly to factory roof points using the supplied hardware. No drilling is required. After rail installation, load bars are added and spaced. A professional installer is recommended to ensure correct torque and alignment, especially for heavier loads.
