Dirt King Long Travel Kit | Chevy Silverado (2007-2016)

The Dirt King Long Travel Kit (DK-631908-B) is a high-performance front suspension upgrade for 2007–2016 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks designed to dramatically improve off-road handling, articulation, and wheel travel while maintaining everyday driveability. This long travel suspension system is CAD-designed, thoroughly tested, and 100% made in America for durability and performance you can trust.

With approximately 12 inches of wheel travel, the kit allows significantly more suspension movement over rugged terrain compared to stock suspension. It also accepts up to 37″ tires with proper wheel well and firewall clearance modifications, giving you better capability without major body or frame surgery. The long travel arms feature heavy-duty construction with 1″ stainless steel uniball cups and Moog ball joints for strength, articulation, and long-term reliability.

This kit is a bolt-on solution with minimal modification required and offers compatibility with sway bar adapters and optional bump stops or bypass shock setups for enhanced tuning and ride quality. Installation

Install the long travel kit using the factory mounting points, and bolt on the upper and lower arms with included hardware. Trim wheel wells and firewall pinch weld as needed for large tire clearance. Fit desired shock setup (coilovers, bump stops, or bypass shocks) and torque hardware to spec.
