  • Dirt King Lower Arm Alignment Cams | Chevy Colorado (2015-2023)

    • CNC laser-cut 3⁄16″ thick steel construction for strength and durability.
    • Precisely tapered to mate with the factory spindle.
    • Helps prevent suspension from going out of alignment under load.
    • Improves alignment precision after lifts or control arm changes.
    • Corrosion-resistant material and hardware for long life.
    • Designed for easy adjustment during alignment procedures.

The Dirt King Lower Arm Alignment Cams are engineered to deliver the strongest, most accurate alignment adjustment solution available for your suspension. Crafted from 3⁄16″ thick laser-cut steel, these alignment cams feature multiple indexed holes that lock alignment positions in place — unlike factory cam slots that can allow unwanted movement under load. They help maintain proper suspension geometry after lifts, rebuilds, or terrain-challenged driving, reducing the chance of being knocked out of alignment during use.

Each kit includes eight alignment cams and Grade 10.9-rated mounting bolts so you get a robust and dependable install. Whether you’re building a daily driver, an overland rig, or a serious off-road machine, these cams provide a solid foundation for precise steering and handling.

    Installation

To install, first remove the factory alignment cam and bolt. Position the Dirt King alignment cam into the control arm or mount, selecting the indexed hole that gives you the desired alignment setting. Insert one of the supplied Grade 10.9 bolts and tighten to the manufacturer’s torque specifications. Repeat for all cam mounting points and verify full suspension travel, steering range, and wheel alignment before road or trail use. Alignment should be performed or verified by a qualified technician to ensure proper geometry.
