It is recommended that you either paint or powdercoat the Skid Plate immediately upon receiving them to ensure maximum rust and corrosion resistance.

The C4 TRD Pro Integration Skid Plate for the (2010+) Toyota 4Runner was designed to work with the Factory TRD Pro Skid Plate that comes on TRD model Toyota 4Runners. This Integration Skid Plate essentially extends the protection and lines up perfectly with the Factory TRD Skid Plate. This Skid Plate also features a completely bolt-on design.

Installation

The installation of this C4 Fab TRD Pro Integration Skid Plate for the 2010+ Toyota 4Runner (TRD Pro Models Only) does take time and general automotive experience is beneficial. This Skid Plate is completely bolt-on. It is estimated that the full installation time is upwards of a couple hours. Having a second person is very helpful and if you do not feel comfortable doing this, we suggest finding a local shop to complete the install.
