The C4 Fabrication Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper is a rugged, purpose-built off-road front bumper engineered for the Toyota Tundra 2nd-Gen (2007–2013). Crafted from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 3/8″ thick mounting plates and a 1/4″ winch plate, the Overland bumper integrates strength with modular functionality. Fully welded 3/4″ D-ring tabs on both the front and back provide dependable recovery points, while multiple bull bar options and accessory provisions let you tailor the bumper to your build. With OEM parking sensor mounting provisions and pre-drilled lighting mounts, it balances utility, protection, and customization on and off the trail.

Installation

This bumper bolts into factory mounting locations on the Tundra’s frame. Install the desired bull bar option before mounting, and ensure all hardware is torqued to specification. Winch mounts and lighting should be fitted prior to final installation. Painting or coating is recommended if shipped in raw steel to prevent rust.
