    This Upper Control Arm Kit designed for the 2022+ Tundra is engineered with high-strength materials and precision machining. It features aerospace-grade 6061 billet aluminum construction, paired with a 1.25″ FK uniball (with PTFE liner) for improved strength and misalignment tolerance. Hardened stainless spacers and FK 7/8″ chromoly heim joints offer adjustable camber and caster, eliminating weak stock ball joints.

    The arms are finished in a refined gunmetal gray, bead-blasted and Type II anodized, with laser-etched logos. All necessary mounting hardware is included. Designed to work with 1-3″ of front lift and compatible with aftermarket coilover systems.

    Installation

    Raise the front and support securely. Remove the existing upper control arms: disengage ball joints, remove pivot bolts. Install the new arms using included hardware, aligning heim joints as needed to correct caster and camber. Torque all bolts to spec. Reinstall wheels. After alignment, test full bump and droop for clearance. Re-check torque after ~50-100 miles of mixed use.
