Expedition One Rocker Guards | Toyota Tacoma (2024-2026)

The 2024+ Tacoma Rocker Guards from Expedition One are engineered to give your Tacoma’s rocker panels and lower body strong protection against rocks, trail debris, and off-road hazards. Built from heavy-duty sheet steel and reinforced high-strength tubing, they replace the vulnerable factory rocker panels with rugged, armored guards that brace the lower sides of the bed-cab section.

Each guard includes integrated aluminum tread plate steps, giving safer, stable footing for entering and exiting the truck — especially useful if the vehicle is lifted, loaded, or used on rough terrain. The triangular boxed frame and robust tubing design is optimized to maximize ground clearance, ensuring the guards do not hang low even under load.

For aesthetics and durability, the guards can be finished in bare steel or with a textured black powder-coat, where the powder-coat adds extra corrosion and wear resistance — ideal for off-road, overlanding, or everyday use in harsh conditions. Lead time is currently about 6–8 weeks.

Installation
