Dirt King +2" Long Travel Kit | Toyota Tacoma (2005-2023)

The Dirt King +2″ Long Travel Kit is a comprehensive front suspension upgrade designed to significantly increase wheel travel and overall performance without compromising daily drivability. This kit adds 2″ of width per side, boosting suspension travel by more than 25% while maintaining compatibility with stock fenders when paired with the correct wheel offsets. For a more aggressive stance and Tire fitment, flared fenders and zero or negative offset wheels can be used.

The system extends the wheelbase slightly to allow proper fitment of 35″ tires and incorporates durable, low-maintenance components — including greaseless SilentSpin™ bushings and PTFE-infused Delrin lower bushings — for reliable performance on and off the trail.

Heavy-duty Moog ball joints at the outer pivots improve articulation, while replaceable aluminum skid plates protect vulnerable areas from rough terrain. Designed to be flexible with shocks and bump stop setups, this kit can be built with OEM or aftermarket coilovers, bypass shocks, or bump stops depending on your desired performance level and terrain challenges.
