It is recommended that you either paint or powdercoat the Skid Plates immediately upon receiving them to ensure maximum rust and corrosion resistance.

The C4 Rear Skid Plates for the (2010+) Toyota 4Runner come with a unique bolt-in cross member for maximum strength. These Skid Plates also features a completely bolt-on design.

Installation

The installation of these C4 Fab Rear Skid Plates for the 2010+ Toyota 4Runner do take time and general automotive experience is beneficial. These Skid Plates are completely bolt-on. It is estimated that the full installation time is upwards of a couple hours. Having a second person is very helpful and if you do not feel comfortable doing this, we suggest finding a local shop to complete the install.
