The RCI Offroad Roof Rack for the 2007–2021 Toyota Tundra CrewMax is engineered to deliver a lightweight yet highly capable cargo solution for both off-road adventures and everyday utility. Built using laser-cut and CNC-machined aluminum components, this rack provides exceptional strength while maintaining a low overall weight for improved efficiency and performance.

Designed with versatility in mind, the rack features adjustable and removable extruded T-slot crossbars, allowing seamless mounting of rooftop tents, recovery gear, lighting, and cargo accessories. The aerodynamic front fairing is shaped to match the vehicle’s roofline, reducing wind noise while improving overall airflow.

Installation requires drilling for secure mounting, and the system includes injection-molded rubber mounting blocks that cushion the rack and seal out moisture without the need for silicone. Finished with a durable black powder coat over epoxy primer, this rack is built to withstand harsh environments and long-term use.

On models with the shark fin antenna, the rear fairing may need to be removed and the rearmost extrusion may need to be moved to avoid the shark fin.

Not currently compatible with sun roof equipped models. Fits Crewmax only

Installation

Installation is a direct bolt-on process using factory roof mounting points. The system includes rubber mounting blocks to seal the rack without silicone, ensuring a clean and secure setup.
