  • Dirt King Long Travel Axle Shafts | Toyota Tundra (2007-2021)

    • Allows retention of 4WD function with long travel suspension geometry
    • Helps prevent binding or premature wear in extended suspension travel
    • Enhances durability and driveline reliability under off-road load
    • Powder coat finish for corrosion resistance
    • Optional 300M material — higher strength for heavy use

The Dirt King Long Travel Axle Shafts are engineered to help you retain 4WD capability when upgrading to a long-travel suspension system. These extended axle shafts replace your OEM front axle shafts, providing the extra length needed to maintain full suspension articulation without binding or losing driveline engagement. Available in two premium material grades — 4340 chromoly and 300M — the 300M version offers higher strength for more demanding applications. Both material options are heat treated and powder coated for durability and corrosion resistance.

Designed specifically to work with Dirt King long-travel kits, these axle shafts deliver reliable performance and peace of mind on rugged terrain. Note that they are intended to replace OEM shafts and are not compatible with remanufactured CV components.

    Compatibility

    Toyota Tundra 4WD 2007-2021

This long-travel axles are specifically engineered to work with Dirt King suspension kits. We do not recommend, nor can we guarantee, their compatibility or performance with products from other manufacturers.

    Installation

Installation involves removing the stock front axle shafts and installing the extended versions in their place. It’s important to verify correct axle length and spline count before installation, especially with long-travel suspension geometry. Always torque fasteners to factory specifications and inspect CV boot clearance and articulation after installation. Because these axles are designed to work with specific long-travel systems, compatibility with other suspension kits or aftermarket components cannot be guaranteed.
