Expedition One Trail Series Front Bumper | Toyota FJ Cruiser (2007-2026)

The Expedition One Trail Series front bumper for the FJ Cruiser is built with a sturdy 3/16″ inner steel structure and a 1/8″ thick outer steel skin to deliver serious front-end protection while keeping overall weight low. At just over 100 lbs, the bumper balances durability and manageability, giving your FJ a rugged upgrade without excessive bulk.

The bumper includes an integrated winch mount and a filler skid plate, enabling you to install a winch and add underbody protection without compromising the bumper’s strength. Recovery shackle mounts are built-in (for ¾" shackles), making it ready for recovery use straight out of the box.

Lighting and recovery readiness are also part of the design. The bumper comes with hybrid-shaped light ports that accept 4" round or square lights. There are top light tabs that fit up to two 7" round lights under an optional center hoop. For those looking for full frontal protection, a center hoop can be added. The bumper is 100% designed and made in the USA.

Installation

The bumper mounts to the frame using existing mounting points with included hardware. Some trimming might be needed on the factory plastic lower fascia for clearance. After mounting, you can install winch, lights, and recovery gear. Professional installation is recommended for secure fit and correct alignment..
