Constructed from precision laser-cut 5052 aluminum, the Horizon rack delivers an optimal balance of lightweight performance and structural durability. Its solid panel design reduces wind noise while maintaining strength, and the integrated mounting system allows for secure attachment of rooftop tents, storage solutions, and off-road accessories.

Engineered for ease of installation, the rack mounts directly to factory roof locations using a bolt-on system with no drilling required. Injection-molded rubber mounting blocks ensure a watertight seal without the need for silicone. Finished with a black powder coat over epoxy primer, the rack is built to withstand harsh environments and long-term use.

On models with the shark fin antenna, the rear fairing may need to be removed and the rearmost extrusion may need to be moved to avoid the shark fin.

Not currently compatible with sun roof equipped models. Fits Crewmax only.

Installation

Installation is a direct bolt-on process using factory roof mounting points. The system includes rubber mounting blocks to seal the rack without silicone, ensuring a clean and secure setup.
