    Installation

To install the Lower Arm Bushing Rebuild Kit, first remove the lower control arms from the vehicle. Press out old worn bushings using an arbor press or suitable driver tool, and thoroughly clean the control arm bores. Install the new bushings by pressing them into place; if your kit includes inner sleeves, press the new bushings first and then seat the sleeves for proper alignment. Lightly lubricate the bushing surfaces to reduce noise and friction, then reinstall the control arms and torque fasteners to specification. After assembly, check suspension movement for smooth, interference-free operation.
