Built using laser-cut and CNC-machined aluminum components, this rack provides a strong yet lightweight platform capable of supporting demanding overland gear and everyday cargo needs.

Designed with modular functionality in mind, the rack features adjustable and removable extruded T-slot crossbars, allowing seamless mounting of rooftop tents, recovery equipment, lighting systems, and cargo accessories. The aerodynamic front fairing follows the contour of the roofline to reduce wind noise while maintaining a clean, factory-style appearance.

Installation is simple and fully bolt-on using factory mounting points, requiring only minor trimming of the rubber roof molding for access. Injection-molded rubber mounting blocks provide a watertight seal without silicone, ensuring long-term durability. Finished with a black powder coat over epoxy primer, the rack is built to withstand harsh environments and extended use.

Installation

Installation is a bolt-on process using factory roof mounting points and included hardware. Minor trimming of the rubber roof molding is required to access mounting holes, and rubber mounting blocks provide a watertight seal without silicone.
