We certainly apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced! It is our goal to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible. As you may know, the upTOP products currently ship directly from upTOP's facility and I think Covid-19 resulted in longer lead times than their estimated 3-5 weeks. Regardless, that is no excuse for sub-par installation instructions or missing components. We will be sure to pass this on to our rep over there.
