You reached out to us via our Live Chat feature and we ensured we would be following up with Smittybilt to get these parts out to you ASAP. We immediately reached out to Smittybilt about the missing parts emailing you with updates along the way. Once we spoke to Smittybilt they explained that it could take 10-14 days to receive the missing parts. We emailed you an update that said just that on 8/28: "I am following up on our chat from yesterday about the missing hardware and instructions. Smittybilt is sending out those items to you. They mentioned it could take 10-14 days." It has only been about 5 days since Smittybilt told us it will take 10-14 days. I can ensure you we are doing everything in our power to get the missing parts out to you.
