The team at Leitner Designs did not just listen to the overland community but delivered with the ACS FORGED Tonneau Rails Only Conversion Kit. This kit allows the Leitner ACS Forged Bed Rack for the 2015-2019 Chevy Silverado 2500&3500 to be converted into the all new Leitner Designs ACS Forged Tonneau. The ACS Forged Tonneau allows you to have both the ACS Forged Bed Rack and a T-Slot Rail Tonneau Cover installed on your bed at the same time. This innovative design truly allows you to maximize the potential of your bed ensuring any gear you may need on the trail will be secure and out of the elements.
The ACS Forged Tonneau Conversion Kit for the 2015-2019 Chevy Silverado 2500&3500 is designed to only work with the Silverado 2500&3500 ACS Forged Bed Rack and bed covers that utilize a T-Slot Rail, specifically like the ones utilized on the ReTrax XR Series or the Pace Edwards UltraGroove and Explorer Series Covers. If you have a tonneau cover that does not feature a T-Slot design on the rails that attach to the bed caps of your 2015-2019 Chevy Silverado 2500&3500 then the ACS Forged Tonneau or the ACS Forged Tonneau Rails Only Conversion Kit will not fit. The Leitner Designs Tonneau Rails Only Conversion Kit will not fit with the ACS Classic Bed Rack and can only be used with the ACS Forged Bed Rack.
The team at Leitner Designs strongly recommends pairing the Silverado 2500&3500 ACS Forged Tonneau Rails Only with a powered bed cover like the Retrax Powertrax Pro XR or the UltraGroove Electric Cover from Pace Edwards. The reason why you would want to utilize a powered cover over one that you would open manually is that traditionally you would grab the handle and walk along the side of your bed as you pushed your retractable cover open. If your newly converted ACS Forged Tonneau Bed Rack is loaded down with accessories you would not be able to do this and end up loosing some of the functionality of your tonneau cover. With the powered option you simply open or close the cover with a push of a button.

Please Note: This is sold as the RAILS ONLY and you must already have the Leitner ACS Forged Bed Rack and either have a T-Slot Rail Tonneau Cover or plan to purchase one for this to be installed. The ACS Forged Tonneau Rails Only Kit cannot be installed without a Tonneau cover already installed on the bed of your Chevy Silverado 2500&3500. The ACS Forged Tonneau was specifically designed to work with T-Slot Rail Tonneau Covers Only. The team at Leitner strongly recommends purchasing a powered retractable cover as this will allow you to have full functionality of both your Leitner Designs Bed Rack as well as your Tonneau cover. The ACS Forged Tonneau Conversion Kit will eliminate the ability for rear load bar to slide and will be in a fixed position at the rear of the bed. 2015-2019 Chevy Silverado 2500&3500 ACS Forged Tonneau Installation Instructions
Leitner Designs provides a two year year limited warranty on all Leitner Designs Products. If you have an issue we will work with you to make it right! Leitner Designs warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the product will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of (2) years from the date of the original purchase. If within (2) years from the original date of purchase this product fails due to defect in materials or workmanship, Leitner Designs will replace or supply any defective part at its option.
The original purchaser must contact the Leitner Designs customer service team and provide a description of the defective part, including digital pictures if requested, with the original purchase documentation.
This warranty DOES NOT cover or apply to:
Damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling, and abuse, (b) products not used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or recommendations, (c) product not assembled or installed according to manufacturer’s instructions, (d) normal wear and tear, (e) undeclared damage to the system during shipping, (f) acts of God. In addition, consequential damage and incidental damages (including lost time) such as damage to persons or property are not covered under this warranty.
